Nick Judd

A surfer of questionable ability, Nick tried stand up paddleboarding for the first time in Henley in 2014, and it was love at first attempt! Since then, his passion for the sport continues to grow, and he now loves to tackle as many race events as time allows.

A BSUPA-qualified Level 2 coach, Nick is now on a mission to make paddleboarding accessible for as many people as possible regardless of age, size or ability.

Claire Terry

Within just two years, Claire has gone from trying her first paddleboard, to racing on a regular basis, and now instructing.

A BSUPA-qualified coach, Claire’s now flying in her races, and she forms the other half of the Go With The Flo racing team. Claire’s love for stand up paddleboarding is infectious, as anyone who has been on one of her lessons will testify.

Anna Timperley

Anna is a PT and former gym owner who still loves to compete in Crossfit/fitness events. Anna has been paddleboarding for a few years, and her love for the water was the perfect fit for her PT background, so it was only a matter of time before she transferred her ninja coaching skills to the water. A British Canoeing-qualified SUP coach, you’re most likely to find Anna running our Wargrave sessions.

Clare Anderson

James Burgess

James is the latest member of the Go With The Flo family, joining in the summer of 2022. James is a dragon boater with Henley Dragons. He’s decent too, and even has medals from the World Champs on his mantelpiece… suffice to say he’s pretty useful with a paddle! West Ham fan James is most likely to be found in either Henley or Caversham. You won’t miss him and his big hair!

Lesley Holloway: SUP Pilates instructor

A physiotherapy of 16 years, Lesley has also been teaching Pilates for seven. Now a BSUPA-qualified instructor, she’s been able to apply her Pilates ninja skills to a platform she loves, and her SUP Pilates sessions have been a natural progression.
